Chief Secretary Carrie Lam will lead a delegation to Guangzhou on March 11 to co-chair the 20th Working Meeting of the Hong Kong-Guangdong Co-operation Joint Conference with Guangdong Vice-Governor Zhao Yufang. 

They will review the progress of the Framework Agreement on Hong Kong-Guangdong Co-operation 2014 Work Plan and draw up this year's work plan. 

Secretary for Constitutional & Mainland Affairs Raymond Tam and Acting Secretary for Development Eric Ma will be among the delegation accompanying Mrs Lam to Guangzhou.
