The second round 2015 village representative election yesterday saw an overall voter turnout rate of 64.86%.
There were 248 candidates from 96 villages contesting 125 seats, including 80 indigenous inhabitant representatives and 45 resident representatives.
A total of 18,399 out of the 28,366 registered voters cast their ballots yesterday.
The turnout rate for the indigenous inhabitant representative elections was 65.18%, while turnout for the resident representative elections was 64.38%.
