Chief Executive CY Leung said the Government is investigating possible causes of a gas blast in Shek Kip Mei today, and offering help to affected residents.

Mr Leung visited injured firefighters and other blast victims. He told reporters  the Government is highly concerned about the incident, and hopes the victims will recover quickly.

The Social Welfare Department will set up a district support team to help affected residents, he added.
