The Disaster Relief Fund Advisory Committee has approved $395,000 in additional aid for people affected by the earthquake in Yunnan. 

The grant to the Correctional Services Department Credit Union Education Fund brings the total amount of aid to $23.068 million for the quake victims.

The fund must submit evaluation reports and audited accounts to ensure the money is used properly.
