Chief Executive CY Leung will leave for Guangdong on March 27 on a two-day visit to Shenzhen, Shantou, Jieyang and Chaozhou.
He will visit a Shenzhen enterprise, then meet government officials in Shantou and visit the Haiwan New District and a local enterprise.
Mr Leung will visit Hong Kong enterprises operating in Shantou, and meet Hong Kong people who work, do business and study there.
He will meet local government officials in Jieyang and Chaozhou, and visit the Jao Tsung I Petite Ecole in Chaozhou.
During his absence, Chief Secretary Carrie Lam will be Acting Chief Executive.
