Cancelled ExCo meeting not new

The cancellation of Executive Council meetings on non-recess days has precedents and is not uncommon.
 
This was the message from the Executive Council Secretariat in response to media enquiries on ExCo's meeting arrangements.
 
It said more than 10 regular Tuesday meetings were cancelled from 2007 to present.
