By-election to fill vacant DC seat

The Registration & Electoral Office will arrange a by-election to fill a vacant elected seat in Kwun Tong District Council's Ping Shek Constituency.
 
The seat was left vacant following the resignation of elected member Bernard Chan.
 
A notice of the vacancy was gazetted today.
