Chief Executive CY Leung will deliver his 2013 Policy Address in the Legislative Council at 11am tomorrow.
The speech will be broadcast live on
television and radio, and the full text of the Policy Address will be simultaneously
released. Copies will be available from 1pm to 7pm at the Home Affairs Department’s 20 Public Enquiry Service Centres.
The Information Services Department will distribute copies at the footbridge entrance to the Central Government Offices at Tamar, opposite Admiralty Centre.
Leaflets containing the highlights of the Policy Address will be distributed at the 20 Public Enquiry Service Centres in 18 districts, seven government offices, 20 Mass Transit Railway stations, the ground plaza of HSBC Main Building, in 66 shopping centres in public housing estates, and other locations. Mr Leung will hold a press conference to explain his policy initiatives at 2.30pm, and will attend a joint television panel discussion forum at 7pm.
He will attend a joint radio phone-in programme on January 17 to answer questions from the public.
