CS to visit Sichuan

Chief Secretary Stephen Lam will visit Sichuan from May 24 to 26.
He will officiate at a ceremony commemorating the completion of reconstruction projects funded by Hong Kong, and the signing of co-operation agreements with Sichuan. He will also co-host a high-level meeting with Sichuan officials and inspect reconstruction projects.
He will be accompanied by Permanent Secretary for Constitutional & Mainland Affairs Joshua Law, Development Bureau Sichuan Reconstruction Team Leader Mak Chai-kwong, Permanent Secretary for Development Wai Chi-sing, Permanent Secretary for Food & Health Richard Yuen, and Under Secretary for Education Kenneth Chen.
Secretary for Education Michael Suen will act as Chief Secretary while Mr Lam is away.
