Chief Executive-elect CY Leung today appealed to young people who aspire to join the next-term Government as an Under Secretary or a Political Assistant to submit their applications by May 31.
"I expect members of my political team to be of vision, committed and competent, and that includes competency in political work. They should be able to engage members of the public and stakeholders, explain to them various policies and solicit their support through communication and interaction," Mr Leung said.
Applicants must submit their resume with a short essay on their views on Hong Kong's future development, by
email or mail to the Chief Executive-elect's Office, 12/F West Wing, Central Government Offices, Lower Albert Road, Central.
A selection committee chaired by Mr Leung will make the preliminary selection of suitable candidates.
