$3m in drought aid approved

A Disaster Relief Fund grant of $3.28 million has been approved for the Amity Foundation to undertake a relief project for drought victims in Yunnan.
 
The figure was suggested by the fund's advisory committee and approved by the Government today.
 
To ensure the money is used properly the agency must submit reports and accounts.
