Man stabbed to death in Shau Kei Wan playground
*
Hong Kong Police

A 45-year-old man was killed in Shau Kei Wan early this morning.

Police received a report at about 1.30am that a man was found injured outside a public toilet in Aldrich Bay Playground on Nam On Street.

Officers found the man lying unconscious on the ground with slashes on his neck and chest. He was certified dead at the scene.

Investigations suggest the man had earlier been attacked by another man wielding a knife outside the toilet, who then fled towards the Oi Tung Estate on Aldrich Street.

The Eastern District Crime Squad is investigating.
