Appointments

5 senior counsel appointed
*

Mohan Bharwaney, Robert Lee, Charlotte Draycott, Anthony Houghton and Godfrey Lam have been appointed Senior Counsel from April 26.

 

Mr Bharwaney, 54, was admitted to the English Bar in 1977 and the Hong Kong Bar in 1978. His field of practice is mainly in personal injuries.

 

Mr Lee, 51, was admitted to the Hong Kong Bar in 1988. His field of practice is mainly in criminal law.

 

Ms Draycott, 50, was admitted to the English Bar in 1981 and the Hong Kong Bar in 1988. She is engaged mainly in criminal law.

 

Mr Houghton, 53, was admitted to the English Bar in 1988 and the Hong Kong Bar in 1989. His field of practice is mainly in construction and arbitration.

 

Mr Lam, 39, was admitted to the Hong Kong Bar in 1993. His practice is mainly in the civil area.
