Caution urged on travel to Thailand
*
Immigration Department

Hong Kong people travelling to Thailand are urged to pay attention to their safety, as some countries have issued travel advice warning their citizens of possible terrorist attacks in Bangkok, the Security Bureau says.

Hong Kong residents who are abroad and need assistance can contact the Chinese embassy or consulate-general at their destination or call the Hong Kong Immigration Department's 24-hour hotline (852) 1868.

The telephone numbers and addresses of the Chinese embassies and consulates-general overseas can be obtained by calling the department on (852) 2824 6111 or (852) 1868.
