Man faces one count of murder
*
Hong Kong Police

Police have charged a 63-year-old man with murder.

The man was arrested in Cheung Sha Wan on March 27 after a 61-year-old man was found collapsed near Sheung Li Uk Garden on Tai Po Road at about 2.25pm.

The victim was rushed to Caritas Medical Centre for medical treatment and was certified dead at about 11.30pm that day.

Initial investigations revealed that a dispute arose between the two men and the older man stabbed the victim as they struggled with each other.

The case was re-classified as murder and a post-mortem was conducted on the victim today.

The 63-year-old man will appear in the North Kowloon Magistrates' Courts on Monday.
