New Police uniforms go on trial
*
Police trial uniforms
Beat wear: Officers model the new Police uniform on trial.
*

Officers from four Police formations will start a field test of new uniforms from January 5.

Police from Hong Kong Island Traffic and Emergency Unit, along with the Airport and Mass Transit Railway Districts, will wear the uniforms on duty.

Police badges are fixed to the upper arms of the uniform for easy identification.

The design offers more comfort and flexibility, and has more features to better serve the occupational health and safety, and practical needs of officers.

Police management will study feedback from officers before the uniforms are fully implemented.
