A link road between Tin Fuk Road and Tsui Sing Road in Tin Shui Wai has been proposed, to replace the existing temporary road for public access, the Transport & Housing Bureau says.
The works, gazetted today, would begin later this year and take about a year to complete.
They include building a link road with footpaths and a bicycle track between Tin Fuk Road and Tsui Sing Road, and construction or modification of traffic signals, crossing facilities and street lighting.
When the proposed link road is completed and opened, the existing temporary road would be closed permanently and the junction at Tin Fuk Road and the existing temporary road modified.
People can view the works plan and scheme at the Central & Western District Office, Yuen Long District Office and Yuen Long District Lands Office.
Those who object to the proposed works or the use, or both, should write to the Secretary for Transport & Housing on 16th floor, Murray Building, Garden Road, Hong Kong, by July 29.
