The Town Planning Board today announced amendments to the approved Mid-levels East outline zoning plan.

Amendments include the imposition of new building height restrictions on "Government, Institution or Community" sites,  to facilitate better land-use planning and meet public expectations for a better living environment.

The existing site of Lingnan Primary School & Kindergarten is also rezoned from "Comprehensive Development Area" to "Government, Institution or Community"  to reflect its land-use status.

The draft outline zoning plan, No. S/H12/11, with amendments, is now available for public review at the Secretariat of the Board, the Planning Enquiry Counters in North Point and Sha Tin, the Hong Kong District Planning Office and the Wan Chai District Office during office hours.
