$18m in land deals registered

*

The Lands Department registered 22 land transactions worth a total land premium of $18.33 million in the second quarter.

Eighteen were lease modifications with 15 for residential purposes and three for non-residential developments. Seven of these were on Hong Kong Island, seven in Kowloon and four in the New Territories. They excluded small house cases.

The other four were lots granted by private treaty to the Housing Authority for public housing developments.

Transaction records of lease modifications, land exchanges and private treaty grants, including those registered recently are uploaded to the department's website monthly. Further details can be obtained from the Land Registry.
