Tai Kong Po road upgrade gazetted
*

Upgrading work for the Tai Kong Po Access Road in Pat Heung has been gazetted.

The Transport & Housing Bureau proposes widening a 700-metre section of Kong Tai Road to a 3.5-metre wide single-lane carriageway for two-way traffic with an adjoining 1.6-metre wide footpath.

Other proposed works include temporary or permanent closure and reconstruction or resurfacing of sections of the carriageways and footpath, and ancillary works like drainage, construction of passing bays and retaining walls.

Anyone who wishes to object to the works should write to the Secretary for Transport & Housing, 16/F Murray Building, Garden Road, by November 11.
