Planning board to impose height restrictions
*

The Town Planning Board says it will impose new building height restrictions on strips of land for residential, government, institution or community, or other specified uses in Tsz Wan Shan, Diamond Hill and San Po Kong.

Some lots within residential and government, institution or community zones fronting Po Kong Village Road will serve as building gaps, while some areas in Tsz Lok Estate and San Po Kong business zone will be designated non-building areas.

The board will also make other revisions to the concerned outline zoning plan, including rezoning areas to residential, open space, road, or government, institution or community uses.

People can submit written representations about the amendments to the board secretary by October 22. The amended plan can be viewed here, at the board secretariat, planning enquiry counters in North Point and Sha Tin, the Kowloon District Planning Office and the Wong Tai Sin District Office.
