Anchor Street redevelopment plan issued
*

The Town Planning Board has published the draft Anchor Street / Fuk Tsun street development scheme plan, incorporating a Mong Kok hotel development.

It covers about 726 square metres and is planned for a hotel development with commercial facilities.

In accordance with the Urban Renewal Authority Ordinance, the draft replaces the draft Mong Kok Outline Zoning Plan in relation to the area it covers.

The drafts are now available for public inspection at the Secretariat of the Board, the planning enquiry counters in the North Point, Sha Tin, Tsuen Wan and West Kowloon District Planning Offices and the Yau Tsim Mong District Office. Electronic versions can be viewed at the board's website.

People can make written representations in respect of the draft to the secretary of the board by September 25. Representations made to the board will be available for public inspection.
