*

Top medical services and support will be offered to the wounded hostage victims, Chief Secretary Henry Tang says.

Visiting Joe Chan and Yik Siu-ling in Prince of Wales Hospital today, Mr Tang reassured the hijack survivors the Government will ensure they and their families get the best care. Social welfare staff will follow up their cases and make appropriate arrangements for their child, he added.

Meanwhile, 37,900 people have signed condolence books at the 18 condolence points throughout the city in the past three days to mourn the victims. The points have now closed, however, people can continue posting messages on the dedicated Facebook page launched by the Government.
