URBTIX services to be enhanced
*
Leisure & Cultural Services Department

The URBTIX online booking and phone credit-card booking hotline 2111 5999 services will be enhanced from September 1, the Leisure & Cultural Services Department says.

The URBTIX internet and phone credit-card booking services will be available from the first counter sale day until one hour before the performance. The enhanced services will provide more convenient ticketing service, as currently both services are only available up to seven days before the day of the event.

Under the new arrangement, tickets booked more than seven days before performance on URBTIX Internet or phone credit-card booking services will still be delivered to customers by mail.

Tickets booked within seven days of performance on both services can be collected by the customer at any URBTIX outlet upon presentation of the credit-card used for booking.

Customers will be informed of the counter collection arrangement either by reminders on display on the URBTIX website, or by 2111 5999 hotline operator.

The enhanced services are not applicable to Omnimax shows, sky shows and permanent exhibitions held at the Space Museum.
