The latest batch of 382 pharmaceutical product samples manufactured by Europharm showed no growth of fungus in the products in lab tests, the Department of Health announced today.

Those products include tablets, syrup, eye drops and ointment.

Another 359 Europham products, including Gluformin for diabetics, were tested free of fungal growth, the Department announced on Saturday.

The tested products include tablets, capsules, powder, syrup, eye drops, cream and ointment. They were supplied to the Hospital Authority, Department of Health and other users.

Tests on 39 raw material samples taken from Europharm also yielded negative results for fungus.
