Hongkong Post invites all Hong Kong-based designers and artists to express their interest in designing postage stamps on a non-committal basis.

There are no specific requirements for the draft design. The department may contact suitable designers after considering the designs submitted and the stamp issue's themes. 

Remuneration will not be provided to designers for the draft designs, and the drafts submitted will not be returned.
