Man ill with Dengue fever

Centre for Health Protection

The Centre for Health Protection has confirmed a Dengue fever case involving a 37-year-old man who fell ill after travelling to the Mainland, bringing the year's total to 31.

 

The Wong Tai Sin man went to the Mainland August 3 to 9 and developed fever, headache, myalgia and diarrhoea on August 10. He is now being treated in Queen Elizabeth Hospital and is stable. His family members have no symptoms.
