Incumbent Betting & Lotteries Commission Chairman Moses Cheng and 11 members have been reappointed. Three new members have also been appointed - Grace Lam, Starry Lee and William Tsang.

The reappointed members are Paul Chan, Paul Fan, Felix Fong, Ho Hon, Albert Hung, Fanny Lai, Father Peter Newbery, Wong Kwan-yu and three public officers who are the Commissioner of Police, Permanent Secretary for Education, and Director of Home Affairs, or their representatives.

Secretary for Home Affairs Tsang Tak-sing welcomed the appointments, saying the commission will help the Government address the wide range of public concerns regarding authorised betting and lotteries, and advise the Government on gambling regulation.
