"Little Dragon Town - A Chinese Cultural Tour" Exhibition
Culture class: The Little Dragon Town Chinese Cultural Tour runs until August 20 at the Central Library.

The annual Summer Reading Month 2007 was launched today with the Little Dragon Town Chinese Cultural Tour exhibition at Central Library.

 

Using decorative images and interactive games to stimulate children to read more books, the exhibition Chinese cultural heritage like cuisine, attire, architecture, art and inventions.

 

The exhibition also features a puppet show, mask changing arts, a magic show, Chinese opera, a lion dance, origami, audio-visual programmes, storytelling sessions, workshops and competitions at various public libraries from today until August 26.

 

Admission to all activities is free, but tickets are required for some programmes. Enquiries can be made on 2921 2646, or visit this website.
