Wetland Park allows individuals to book online
*
AFCD

The Agriculture, Fisheries & Conservation Department has introduced an online booking system for individual visits to Hong Kong Wetland Park.

Starting from today, individuals can reserve admission tickets no less than seven days nor more than three months before the day of a visit on the website.

Individuals can book up to nine tickets. To reserve a higher number requires the group booking procedures.

Bookings will be processed on a first-come, first-serve basis, and applicants will be notified by email or fax within three working days after receiving the application.

Upon acceptance of a booking, the park will issue a demand note to an applicant for the admission fees' full payment within three working days.

No refunds, changes after payment

Overseas applicants who cannot use the general demand note payment methods should inform the park within two working days after receiving the park's reply, and bring the confirmation letter to the ticket office on the day of their visit and pay by cash.

No alteration or refund will be considered once payment is accepted. The admission does not include any guided tour service.
