Applications for Cape Collinson niches open
*
Food & Environmental Hygiene Department

Two-thousand newly built standard niches in Cape Collinson Crematorium's Columbarium are open for application until July 31, the Food & Environmental Hygiene Department says.

The charges for each standard niche and placing of a memorial plaque are $2,800 and $90.

Application forms are available at the department's Cemeteries & Crematoria Offices at 6 Cheong Hang Road, Hung Hom, and 1J Wong Nai Chung Road, Happy Valley. The forms can also be downloaded here.

Applicants should submit completed forms together with the required documents. Late applications will not be accepted. An open ballot by computer will be conducted on August 22 to decide the selection priorities of the applicants. Results will be posted at the offices and on the department's website.
