The number of Comprehensive Social Security Assistance cases fell 0.18% to 298,421 in November, the Social Welfare Department says.

Unemployment cases fell 1.57% to 41,844, while low-earner cases rose 0.3% to 18,025. Single-parent family cases fell 0.5% to 39,815.
