City Hall's Low Block, closed since the December 6 fire, will re-open in phases over the next two months.

The Leisure & Cultural Services Department said today the URBTIX Box Office will resume service December 15, while the theatre and two restaurants will reopen five days later.

The Exhibition and Concert Halls, which suffered extensive damage requiring replacement of fittings, furniture, and sound and lighting systems, are expected to reopen February 5, and after the Lunar New Year holiday. The first concert will be held February 12.
