Organisations are invited to express interest and submit proposals to participate as lead organisers of the Hong Kong ICT Awards 2010.

The annual awards recognise, promote and celebrate the excellent achievements of local information and communications technology professionals and organisations in ICT innovation and application.

This year's awards comprise 10 categories:

* Best Business Award;

* Best Collaboration Award;

* Best Digital Entertainment Award;

* Best Digital Inclusion Award;

* Best Green ICT Award;

* Best Innovation & Research Award;

* Best Lifestyle Award;

* Best Professional Development Award;

* Best Public Service Application Award; and

* Best Ubiquitous Networking Award.

A professional organisation leads each award category, selected through a competitive admission exercise. The lead organisers will be responsible for organising award contests and selecting winners in the designated categories.

Organisations interested in participating as a lead organiser for any one of the categories should express their interest by sending an email to the award's secretariat office by August 20. After the expression of interest, they need to submit proposals by August 31.
