Sold!: Century Rise won Tai Po Town Lot No.187 for $2.11 billion, 111% highter than the $1 billion opening bid.

Three Government plots in Tai Po have been sold for $6.18 billion, in the fifth public land auction this financial year.

 

Century Rise won Tai Po Town Lot No.187 for $2.11 billion, which was 111% highter than the $1 billion opening bid. The site has a 10,028-square-metre area and is designated for non-industrial (excluding godown, hotel and petrol station) purposes. A minimum gross floor area of 19,254 square metres must be completed.

 

Nearby Tai Po Town Lot No.188 was sold to ACE Glory for $3.5 billion, 67% higher than the $2.1 billion opening bid. The 19,902-square-metre lot is designated for private residential purposes. A minimum gross floor area of 41,795 square metres must be completed.

 

Meanwhile, Tai Po Town Lot No.195 on Plover Cove Road was sold to Sunny Foundation for $570 million, 75% higher the $326 million opening bid. The 2,750-square-metre lot is designated for non-industrial (excluding godown and petrol station) purposes. A minimum gross floor area of 9,600 square metres must be completed.
