Ngau Chi Wan site up for auction
*
Lands Department

A Fung Shing Street, Ngau Chi Wan, lot and two non-industrial sites in West Kowloon will be auctioned September 27 at the Cultural Centre.

The Government has accepted the minimum guaranteed bid of $2.49 billion for the lot, which will be the opening bid at the auction.

This will be the third lot offered for sale at the first land auction of this financial year. This is the third successful triggering of a site after the introduction of new measures to enhance the smooth operation of the Application List System.

New Kowloon Inland Lot No.6350 has a site area of 14,400 square metres, and a minimum gross floor area of 43,377 square metres must be completed. The lot is designated for residences.

The West Kowloon sites are Kowloon Inland Lot No.11167 at the junction of Hoi Wan and Hoi Ting Roads, and Kowloon Inland Lot No.11168, on Hoi Ting Road.

The Government has accepted the respective minimum guaranteed bids of $1.66 billion and $2.09 billion. The conditions of sale will be available September 9, when the land auction particulars will be gazetted.
