Tai Kok Tsui redevelopment
Future look: An artist's impression of the Larch Street-Bedford Road project.

The Urban Renewal Authority has received nine bids regarding the joint development of the Larch Street-Bedford Road project in Tai Kok Tsui.

It covers a site area of about 13,200 square feet and will deliver a gross floor area of 119,000 square feet for residential and commercial use. About 4,300 square feet of landscaped area will be provided.

Among the developers who earlier took part in an expression of interest exercise for the project, 21 were invited to submit a tender.

A tender review panel under the authority's board will consider the tenders and make recommendations for the board's consideration.
