Chambers to help in virus fight
*

Several local and foreign chambers of commerce have expressed their willingness to participate in anti-atypical pneumonia activities to help rebuild the international community's confidence in doing business in Hong Kong.

They told the Chief Secretary for Administration Donald Tsang that they have full confidence in Hong Kong, and believe it has the capability to tackle the virus problem.

Mr Tsang said he was grateful for their commitment, and also briefed them on the latest situation regarding the virus and the measures taken by the Government to combat it.

The chambers commended Hong Kong's efforts to fight the virus, particularly the hard work of healthcare people.
