Appointments

Occupational safety chief named
*
Occupational Safety & Health Council

Lee Kai-ming and Raymond Choy have been named chairman and vice-chairman of the Occupational Safety & Health Council along with 11 new members. Two incumbent members have been reappointed.

 

The appointments were published in the Gazette today. Mr Lee and Mr Choy's three-year tenure starts August 22.

 

The 11 new members are Choi Kam-wah, Lee Tak-ming, Kwong Ching-wai, Vivien Lowe, Simon Wong, Conrad Wong, Professor Chetwyn Chan, Alan Chan, Lam Shi-kai, Dr Poon Tak-lun and Charles Wong. Cheung Pak-chi and Yu Sau-chun have been reappointed.

 

The remaining three members of the council are the Principal Assistant Secretary for Development responsible for works, the Commissioner for Labour and the Government Chemist.
