A two-day job fair will be staged from June 26 at Tuen Mun Town Hall offering more than 2,000 vacancies.

It will open 11am to 6pm at the Exhibition Gallery on the hall's first floor.

Nineteen companies from the retail, catering, property management and security sectors will set up recruitment booths at the venue for on-the-spot job applications.

The vacancies cover a host of positions, such as sales, telesales, shop assistants, customer service officers, waiters, cooks, security guards, technicians, officers, shop managers and manager trainees.

About 90% of the vacancies offered are full-time jobs with a monthly salary ranging from $5,000 to $9,000. More than 90% require Form 5 education or below. Job-seekers can submit applications on the spot and may be selected for on-site interviews.
