Institute of Education hearing open to the public

*

The Commission of Inquiry on Allegations relating to the Institute of Education will hold a public hearing tomorrow at 10am on the 38th floor, Immigration Tower, Wan Chai.

 

It will deal with:

* the question of appearance of bias;

* a rule on the applications by Professor Magdalena Mok, Ip Kin-yuen, Dr Pang I-wah and Yu Shu-tak for their being treated as witnesses and involved parties;

* claims of privilege or confidentiality in respect of documents; and,

* any other matter the parties wish to raise by way of preliminary matters before the hearing.
