Secondary 5 centres to be formed
*

The Labour Department and the Education & Manpower Bureau will provide advisory and counselling services for Secondary Five students August 8 to 13.

 

Three advisory centres will be set up offering information on career development in various trades and industries, vocational training and studies locally and overseas.

 

There will be material on the Youth Pre-employment Training Programme, the Youth Work Experience & Training Scheme and Project Yi Jin.

 

Visit the centres at:

* the Careers Information Centre, Labour Department, 34/F, Revenue Tower, 5 Gloucester Road, Wan Chai;

* Room 704, 7/F, Kowloon Government Offices, 405 Nathan Road; and,

* Room 2219, 22/F, Landmark North, 39 Lung Sum Avenue, Sheung Shui.

 

They will open 9am to 5.30pm August 8 to 12, and from 9am to noon on August 13.

 

There will be an enquiry hotline 2152 5055 and an online chatroom for students.
