Secretary for Education & Manpower Professor Arthur Li will visit London from January 30 to February 4.

Professor Li will meet Minister of State for Education Dr Kim Howells to exchange views on lifelong learning, and higher education in the British government.

He will also update senior officials from the Prime Minister's Office and the Cabinet Office on the progress of education reform in Hong Kong and meet Members of Parliament, the Chinese Ambassador to the UK, university chiefs, Hong Kong Association members, the media and Hong Kong students in the UK.

Professor Li will attend a reception at number 10 Downing Street.
