Jacqueline Chung wins Wan Chai by-election
*

Jacqueline Chung has been elected to the Wan Chai District Council in today's Canal Road constituency by-election, the Registration & Electoral Office says.

 

She got 1,061 votes, compared with the other candidate, Kwai Sze-kit, who got 544 votes.

 

Of the 6,244 registered electors, 1,615 cast their ballots in the by-election, representing a turnout of 25.86%.
