CE to attend HK-Guangdong conference
*

Chief Executive Donald Tsang will lead a delegation to attend the 11th Plenary of the Hong Kong-Guangdong Co-operation Joint Conference in Guangzhou August 5.

 

Mr Tsang will leave for Guangzhou August 4. He and Guangdong Governor Huang Huahua will preside over the meeting. Mr Tsang will also visit Guangzhou Science City.

 

The delegation will include several senior officials, including Chief Secretary for Administration Henry Tang. They will return to Hong Kong August 5.

 

During their absence Secretary for Justice Wong Yan Lung will be Acting Chief Executive while Secretary for Security Ambrose Lee will be the Acting Chief Secretary for Administration.
