Experienced administrator: The former Principal Assistant Secretary for the Environment Vicki Kwok assumes the post of Yau Tsim Mong District Officer.

The new Yau Tsim Mong District Officer Vicki Kwok assumes duty today.

Mrs Kwok was Principal Assistant Secretary for the Environment (Sustainable Development).

She joined the Administrative Service in 1994 and has served in the former Security Branch, the Transport Department, the former Health & Welfare Bureau, the former Education & Manpower Bureau, the former Constitutional Affairs Bureau, the Chief Secretary's Office and the Environment Bureau.
