Laura Cha has been appointed Chairman of the Independent Commission Against Corruption Advisory Committee on Corruption. Chan Kam-lam and Jeffrey Lam have been named as new committee members. The terms are for two years from January 1.

Incumbent committee members John Chan, Dr Andrew Chuang and Maria Tam have been reappointed for two years.

Walter Chan, Chow Yick-hay, Lee Luen-fai, Dr Li Pang-kwong, Christopher Yu and Chew Fok-aun have been appointed members of the Citizens Advisory Committee on Community Relations for two years from next month. Incumbent members Chan Yuen-han, Kwan Chuk-fai, Patrick Lai and Professor Daniel Shek have been reappointed.

Dr Allen Fung, Albert Au and Betty Ho have been appointed members of the Corruption Prevention Advisory Committee while incumbent members Dr Andrew Chan, Ip Shing-hing, Victor So, Dr Anissa Chan, Pang Yiu-kai and Helen Wong have been reappointed for two years.

Sin Chung-kai, Roger Luk, Kam Pok-man and Winnie Tam have been appointed to the Operations Reviews Committee for two years. Committee Chairman Dr Andrew Chuang and members Prof Anthony Cheung, Vincent Fang, John Strickland and Herbert Tsoi have been reappointed.

ICAC Complaints Committee members Jasper Tsang and Anthony Chan have also been reappointed for two years.
