*

Henry Fan has been named Chairman of the Standing Committee on Disciplined Services Salaries & Conditions of Service for a term of two years.

Five existing committee members have been re-appointed, while three new members have been appointed. All the appointments will be effective from January 1.

Eddie Ng was re-appointed as a committee member and named Chairman of the ICAC Sub-Committee for a term of one year. Chiang Lai-yuen and Wong Mee-chun were re-appointed as members and appointed as the Chairman of the Police Sub-Committee and the Chairman of the General Disciplined Services Sub-Committee for a term of two years.

Ip Kwok-him and Mark Lin were re-appointed as members for a two-year term.

The three newly appointed members are Barry Cheung, Robert Philip Cutler and Michael Lee - all appointed for a term of two years.

The Civil Services Bureau expressed gratitude to the outgoing chairman Bernard Chan, members Prof Chan Yuk-shee, Nicky Lo, and Joseph Ho. They will retire on December 31 following six years' service on the committee.
