Byron Lam appointed Islands District Officer

 Byron Lam
New appointment:  Byron Lam will serve as the Islands District Officer from October 3.
*

The Home Affairs Department has announced that Byron Lam will  take up the post of Islands District Officer from October 3, succeeding Owin Fung.

 

Mr Lam joined the Government's administrative service in 1991. He has served the Trade & Industry Branch, the Home Affairs Branch, the Transport Branch, the Sha Tin District Office, the Financial Services & the Treasury Bureau and the Education & Manpower Bureau.

 

His last posting was a Principal Assistant Secretary (Manpower Planning &Training) for Education & Manpower.
