The Lands Department today announced that it registered 16 lease modifications, one land exchange and one lot extension in the Land Registry during the quarter ending June 2023, of which six were technical changes involving no premium.

Among the transactions, five are located on Hong Kong Island, five are in Kowloon and eight are in the New Territories.

Another six lots were granted by private treaty during the period.

Three were granted off Anderson Road and the other three were granted to the Housing Authority for public housing developments in Kai Tak, Tuen Mun and Yuen Long.

The transactions realised a total land premium of about $173.867 billion.
